Airframe design activities related to the CH-148 program. Assist with build effort at Clients Plastic fabrication shop.  Provide detail guidance and assistance to assembly mechanics; provide build related issues back to clients headquarters.

Skills:

The candidate will have a minimum of 4 years airframe design experience. Experience with preliminary and detail design is required. Experience with design of metal and composite primary and secondary airframe structure is desired. Proficiency with airframe related geometric tolerance and dimensioning is required. The preferred designer will be familiar with airframe component fabrication, assembly and aware of assembly tooling methods. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required. Experience with Catia V4 and V5 is required.
Some travel will be required to the clients Plastic Fab in Wichita KS.
