Analog Section Head/Technical Lead #08343

Moog’s Space and Defense Group is currently searching for an Analog Section Head/Technical Lead #08343.Duties/Responsibilities:This position will involve technical and administrative leadership of the East Aurora Analog Design group.The incumbent is responsible for technical oversight of analog design work, identifying analog design needs, providing status on all analog activities, and supporting staffing/hiring. This individual will ensure design re-use to maximum extent possible, design process is being followed, and design checklists are being used. The incumbent will also provide detail design support as needed, design and process mentoring, and administrative support-approvals (vacation/timecard/overtime). Education/Experience:The successful candidate should have a BSEE with 10+ years of analog design experience- MSEE desirable. The individual should have experience in aircraft/military design, space level design, and lead/management.Skills/Knowledge:Strong analog design skills and ability to lead a technical team.Travel:Minimal, approximately 4 trips per year.Citizenship Requirements:Due to U.S. Government and Military contracts, candidates must be either a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
