Application Engineering Manager

Job Description: The Application Engineering Department provides planning and execution of service commitments worldwide. Must be able to provide pre-sales through post-sale technical support of company products/systems.  Must be able to present and interpret design,application and service information to sales staff and customers Areas of responsibility: Will be developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordination with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner Must have decision making abilities to resolve scheduling issues, analyze customer inquires, recommend changes based on customer relationship Technical operations of division presentation and demonstration facilities Must be able to hire, mentor, manage and retain key talent for this important function within the organization Required Skills/Experience: BS in EE (or equivalent work experience) Minimum of 5 years directly related RF communications Engineering management RF Communications experience is preferred Must be able to obtain an active secret level security clearance.
