Applications-Process Engineer/CNC Programmer

 

 

 

Our Client in the Tuscaloosa, AL area is looking for an Applications/ Process Engineer for 1st and 2nd shift. $28.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE. Candidates must have experience with 5-axis milling or twin spindle background. Siemens or Heidenhein controls are a plus. Candidates should be able to write their own programs from scratch, from blueprint, be able to do setups and have Cad Cam experience for offline programming when needed. Experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD is a plus. Candidate should have experience with designing fixtures and have experience with quality process for aerospace and automotive machining. Experience with Zeiss CMM a plus. Experience with time studies, feeds and speeds and live tooling a plus. Experience with DMG (Deckel Maho Guildemeister) machining centers a plus.  Strong turning or milling experience.

CNC Programmer/ Machinist.

 

Also looking for several CNC Programmers/ Machinists . Positions available for 1st and 2nd shift. $24.00 to $27.00 per hour DOE. Candidates must have experience with 5-axis milling or twin spindle background. Siemens or Heidenhein controls a plus. Candidate should have experience with setup, writing of basic programs, editing, do offsets, and the ability to make straight forward parts. Candidate should have experience with very close tolerances. Strong turning or milling experience. Experience with DMG (Deckel Maho Guildemeister) machining centers a plus.  Candidate should have hands on mentality. Experience with quality processes a plus.
