Strom Aviation is currently seeking a Full-time Assistant Site Coordinator to join our team in Greensboro, NC.  The Assistant Site Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the team through providing a high level of customer service to both our client and our employees.  The main responsibilities of the Assistant Site Coordinator are as follows:

 Interact with potential candidates/applicants, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, other Human Resources professionals to provide support through all phases of the employment process from in-processing through out-processing. Responsible for following the employment processes of both Strom Aviation & the client’s hiring guidelines and policies. Coordinating employee orientations at the client's facility Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the client through calls, e-mail and regular facility tours. Communicating with the client regarding current and future staffing vacancies, hiring issues, and retention issues and effectively communicating your activities and findings to the on-site Coordinator or to  operations and sales Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all employees with dignity and respect. Perform various administrative tasks that support the recruitment function. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Work on miscellaneous staffing operations projects as needed.

 

Strom Aviation offers our client in Greensborowell trained, proficient, and credentialed employees; and the role of site coordinator will help maintain these employees and ensure that Strom Aviation personnel are treated equitably in the staffing and scheduling process.

Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is preferred) Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office, including Word and Excel, and good internet skills Familiarity with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus. Previous staffing or customer services experience a plus. Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver, personable, self-motivated and energetic. Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results. Must be able to take direction for the other on-site coordinator.

 Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to pass a criminal background screening.
