Battelle Business Services is currently seeking an Attorney for their Columbus, Ohio operations. This Position requires 5 to 7 years experience in U.S. Government contracting, commercial contracting and broad-based general business practice. Requires outstanding legal analysis skills, contract drafting and writing skills. Must demonstrate sound legal and business judgment, excellent communication skills, and perform broad-based legal workload while managing tight deadlines and conflicting priorities. U.S. Government Procurement law experience required, DoD preferred, broad experience base in business issues desired. Must be admitted to or qualified for the Ohio Bar. Required Qualifications -5 to 7 years experience. -Federal Acquisition law experience (required). -Hands-on legal position interacting with clients on broad-based legal workload. Ability to manage tight deadlines and conflicting priorities. -Must demonstrate sound legal and business judgment and excellent communication skills. -Must be admitted to or qualified for the Ohio Bar. -Sole US Citizenship in order to obtain and maintain security clearance(s).
