In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for the full cycle benefits administration for four locations.  This position will involve employee health and welfare plans, including defined benefits and executive benefit plans.  If you have the passion for employee benefits and love to work with people, this is the perfect role for you.

 

Who is LISI Aerospace?  We are one of the leading aerospace manufacturers in the world and we are continuing to grow.  Our headquarters in Torrance is seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst. 

 

To ensure success in this role, it is essential that the candidate meets the following criteria: 5 years Human Resources Benefits/Generalist experience. Full Cycle benefit administration a must.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as HRIS, CEREDIAN experience preferred.Bachelors degree preferredProfessional communication skills and presentation a must.Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws a must.Strong organization, time-management and multi-tasking skills required.Self-starter and a committed team player are essential.Bilingual Spanish a plus.
