Business Process Analyst

JOB DUTIES: This candidate will be responsible for the analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participate with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation. Conduct research, compile and analyze supplier performance reports to continuously improve supplier’s performance.  The candidate will have the ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, and develop a coordinated response for management review and approval. Investigate and identify root cause of problems and resolves concerns to ensure compliance with contractual requirement, quality management system standard, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements. The position requires people skills, responsiveness, flexibility, and the candidate must be comfortable interacting with other cross functional teams and with suppliers. Candidate needs to be a self-starter, self-motivated, and have the ability to work collaboratively individually and in team environments and multi-task. Well-developed written and oral communications skills are required.

 

Candidate needs to possess computing skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (including charts) and PowerPoint. This position requires a working knowledge in root cause analysis corrective action and with ISO9001/AS9100 based quality systems standards.

Must have experience with the following or equivalent tools:Root Cause Anaylsis, Ishikawa diagrams (Cause and Effect/Fishbone) Trend Analysis Fault Tree Pareto Analysis Cause mapping Corrective Action Plans
