Email: Apply by Email Phone: 509-493-6631 Business Systems Analyst Recruiting members of a newly-formed MIS team to support the company’s growing application requirements.  Initially, the primary focus will be the design, implementation and ongoing support for the Enterprise Resource Planning system.  Over time, the activities will evolve to additional application priorities throughout the organization. We believe this is an opportunity for the right individual to help us meet a variety of business needs in an energetic teaming environment.  Work in a collaborative environment, working closely with DBA, Programmer, and other cross-functional groups to support application analysis, design, documentation, development, programming, modification, testing, installation, implementation, troubleshooting, data integrity, and reporting requirements. Communicate solution alternatives based upon business needs. Work closely with cross-functional groups and technical staff to ensure all project deliverables are met and systems/processes remain stable. Support application analysis, design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, troubleshooting, data integrity, and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, reasoning, communication, customer service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities. Software and System Development Lifecycle. Project Management Lifecycle. ERP Implementation – Deltek Cost Plus or Visual Manufacturing (A&D) a plus. Business Objects Reporting Universe Design a plus. Proficient with Data Migration. Preferred 4-year degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field and 5+ years of Business/Technical Analysis or Technical Project Experience
