CMM Programmer/Lay-Out Inspector

Prototype Supplier in the automotive, defense, oil & energy, and consumer products markets looking for CMM Programmer/Lay-Out Inspector. Job requires extensive knowledge of GD&T, use/set-up of metrology measurement checking instruments, and complex CMM Programming. Programming of a Zesis CMM running Calypso software is also beneficial to applicant along with ISO 17025 quality background. Position also required to calibrate all in-house measuring instruments or gages. We manufacture non production, short run parts, holding close tolerance up to .0001 of an inch, so complex CMM programming will be required with many different set-ups. Position will be required to qualify such dimensions. Job has health benefits and 401K.
