CNC machine tool programmer operator

COMPANY:
Highpoint Tool and Machine is a Precision Manufacturing company working in the Aerospace and Oil and Gas Industries, machining component parts to print from materials such as Stainless Steels, Inconel, Titanim, Aluminum and occasional cast iron. We have 40 employees working first and third shifts, allowing room for overtime. We maintain highest ethical and moral standards and constantly apply continuous improvements in Safety-Quality-Productivity. Highpoint is 16 years old, with the owner having over 40 years experience and several other toolshops with a total of over 300 employees.
CANDIDATE:
*The ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience with MasterCam programming software and CNC Mill operation, and be eager and competent to implement the latest machining techniques, tooling, and software applications on our state of the art equipment, including Kitamura Horizontal Mills and Mori-Seiki Lathes (Y-axis and live tooling)
*The candidate must be willing to live with continuous learning and change
*The candidate must posess the ability to read blueprints, conceptualize set-ups and write appropriate programs.
*Familarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) required.
*The ability to train additional operators would be definite plus.
