CORPORATE SECURITY OFFICER


Information Systems Laboratories, an employee-owned research and development company, is seeking a Corporate Security Officer who will be responsible for all Security Programs for its corporate office, located in San Diego, as well as indirectly supervise the security programs at 3 other ISL locations.

 

Duties include physical security of the building, personnel security, processing of visit requests, receipt and distribution of sensitive materials, and Information Security including monitoring of secure computers and secure spaces.  In addition, will write DoD and DoE facility security plans, request facility clearances, and track the approval process.  Position requires a minimum of 3 years industrial security experience (or comparable military experience) that includes a previous position as CPSO, knowledge of the NISPOM, SAP security, and completion of DSS Academy sponsored training to include FSO, COMSEC, and SAP training.  Former or current PSO & industrial security experience is highly desirable. 

 

Must have excellent communication and MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and multi-task.  Experience with CCTV, alarm systems, and access control is a plus.  Must have current DoD clearance based on an SSBI within the last five years.
