The North American Division of Labinal consists of four major assembly facilities, one in Pryor, Oklahoma, one in Corinth, Texas and two in Mexico.  The Division also consists of an engineering group in Everett, WA. 

 

The 787 Engineering Program in Everett, WA, is located 20 miles north of Seattle, WA. The Labinal-Corinth Inc. facility in Corinth, Texas, is located less than 25 miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.  Labinal, Inc. in Pryor, Oklahoma, is located 40 miles east of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The two facilities in Mexico are located in the city of Chihuahua, Mexico.  Currently the North American Division engineers and manufactures products for companies including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Bombardier, Airbus, and Dassault. 

 

We currently have an opening for a Change Management Analyst at the 787 Engineering Program.

 

 

Summary:

This position will report directly to the Change Management Manager who is the primary point of contact between Labinal North America Wiring Division and the Boeing 787 Program. Supports the creation of Change Requests for LabinalEnsures the coordination between the Change Board and LabinalMonitors Change Authorization

 

Responsibilities and Activities:

As directed by the Change Management Manager this position will support the following activities:Analyze incoming Change Notices (CN), in particular emergent changeRepresent Labinal by attending all Boeing CIB meetingsCoordinate with Labinal engineering the creation of the detailed work statementEnsure the change orders have been created and placed in ENOVIA per the implementation plan

 

Experience and Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in engineering; plus at least two years experience in commercial and/or military aerospace engineering and/or aerospace  program/project management or equivalent combination of education and experienceA firm technical understanding of aircraft systems engineering and systems integrationAbility to learn new software tools related to aircraft configuration, engineering data and change managementExperience in Electrical design, ENOVIA/CATIA, V5 is preferredExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredExperience with MS Office Suite software is requiredExperience with Change Management in Aerospace is preferred

Must be technically competent and customer oriented. Will be required to work in a fast paced culturally diverse environment. Excellent organizational skills are required. Must have the ability to work under pressure and present program information to key personnel in a clear and factual manner.
