Cisco Network Administrator - MNST 85760

Belcan Corporation has an immediate need for an experienced Network Administrator. Job responsibilities will include:Administration and task automation through scripting (perl, korn, bash, etc).
Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco, 3Com, and HP network firewalls, routers, switches, and hubs.
Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Linux and BSD-based security devices.
Configuration and maintenance of Checkpoint Firewall-1/VPN-1.
Network security intrusion detection/response and network audits.
Configuration and integration of RRDtool, Nagios, snort, ntop, and mrtg security/monitoring tools.


Desired qualifications: Excellent teamwork skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
A proven track record of evaluating customer needs and responding in a multi-customer environment.
Ability to learn and quickly apply new knowledge.
3+ years of experience in network architecture and analysis.
Certifications are a plus.
