Compensation Specialist 4 Position Description Working in partnership with business and functional HR leaders and HR Generalists, this position will have responsibility to lead and to support all processes associated with Executive Resources, including executive compensation, succession planning, performance management, position and organization evaluation, and executive slating/selection. Major emphasis will be in understanding the business and customer needs with respect to executive compensation and talent management while ensuring all aspects of functional excellence. Job duties will include collection and analysis of data to support executive salary planning, executive selection actions, executive succession planning, preparation of reports and presentations, and representation on various Corporate HR and Boeing-wide teams focused on implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree and 10 to 14 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 8 to 12 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
