We are seeking a Computer Specialist / Information Assurance Analyst (C&A) to coordinate all WareOnEarth Communications activities in support of U.S. Department of Defense – Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM). The position is located in Charleston, SC.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in the development of System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAAs) according to DoD 8500.1, 8500.2 and 8510.01. Duties include drafting and reviewing various C&A related documentation to include but not limited to:
□ Security Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs)
□ Certification Test & Evaluation Plans (CT&E)
□ Security Test & Evaluation Plans (ST&E)
□ Information Security Support Plans (ISSPs)
□ Incident Response Plans (IRPs)
□ Contingency Plans
□ Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
Assist in the development of DIACAP accreditation documents IAW DoD and military specific guidance. Duties include drafting and reviewing Executive and Comprehensive packages as well as supporting documentation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrable experience leading to the conclusion that the candidate understands the basic concepts and principles of computer technology as well as Local Area Networking systems.
Demonstrable experience servicing troubled or difficult customers with tact, skill, and possesses a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
Must be able to communicate effectively, and interpret regulatory guidance and identified vulnerabilities to a wide audience. Presentation and public speaking skills required.
Current CNSS certificate (4011, 4012, 4015, or 4016)
Completion of Navy Certifier course
Intermediate knowledge (2+ years) of Navy IT systems and networks
Education Requirements:
Associates Degree (at a minimum); Bachelors’ degree preferred
COMMENTS:
A+, CISSP, ISSEP, Security+, Network +, MCP, or CCNA is a plus.
Travel to 30% or as required.
Minimum: Secret or higher clearance required
