Configuration Data Management Analyst I

We are currently recruiting for a Configuration Data Management Analyst I. The Analyst will be primarily be responsible for the following: 1. Coordinates the generation of all deliverable data and changes related to the program; 2. Ensures all data to be delivered meets the contract requirements; 3. Interprets and defines data documentation requirements; 4. Establishes proper identification and format; 5. Ensures that all information resulting from correspondence between customer and AAI is disseminated to the affected engineering design teams and/or support groups; 6. Prepares the transmittal documentation and shipping papers; 7. Interfaces with customer regarding data submittals and schedules; 8. Ensures the timely submittal of all data requirements. 9. Maintain contractual and non-contractual documentation in eMatrix.

 

Successful candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years experience or equivalent education and/or experience to demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the job. Basic knowledge of military and contractual requirements relating to Data Management is preferred. Effective written/oral communication skills are required. Personal computer and office tool skills (e.g. All Microsoft Office Suite) are required. The ability to use eMatrix is desired. Ability to read, interpret and extract contract information from Oracle/ERP like system, is desired. Must possess the ability to plan, organize and schedule. Ability to work well with others is required. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
