Job Responsibilities:

·  Administration of various types of federal contracts and subcontracts of varying complexity.

·  Will demonstrate solid organizational skills and strong abilities in oral and written communications as well.

·  Requires firm understanding of policies and regulations including FARs and DFARs with the ability to apply requirements where applicable.

·  Interaction with multiple technical program managers and external customers.

·  Will work in a team environment performing contract/subcontract administration, procurement, and pricing functions during the pre-award, award, and post-award phases of the procurement process.

·  This includes correspondence, negotiations, subcontract generation, contract close-out, coordinate, develop and produce a wide range of procurement documentation, including teaming and non disclosure agreements, modifications, task/delivery orders, solicitations, cost/price analyses, negotiation memorandums, justifications, determinations, special contract provisions, and correspondence.

·  Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

 

Required Qualifications:

·  BS in Business Administration from an accredited institution is required.

·  Working knowledge of Costpoint

 

Desired Qualifications:

·  Experience in proposal preparation is a plus.

 

Special Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen.
