This position carries direct responsibility for performing relatively complex assignments that affect business operations to a moderate degree. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Administer and monitor Long Term Agreements (LTA) to ensure all requirements are met in a cost-effective and timely mannerAdminister assigned contracts and related transactional activities in a highly-proficient mannerRepresent organization on assigned contracts or projects and have frequent interaction with internal and external personnelEffectively present the CA&E Overview Presentation to customers Interface productively and professionally with customers and internal personnelSupport department goals and be a strong team player Participate in AOG after hour team when scheduled (on call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week) About the Opportunity: Are you a natural team-player who thrives on interaction with others? Qualifications: General understanding and application of industry principles, concepts, practices, and standards of the contract administration field Bachelors degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience (equivalent experience requires 2 years applicable experience for each year of required education) and 2-5 years experience in contract administration or procurement Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience developing and implementing solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.Desired but not required:Working knowledge of Export Administration Regulations and ITAR ComplianceWorking knowledge of FAR/DAR, government procurement specifications, regulations, and compliance requirementsBenefits: We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
