Title:  Contracts Administrator

Location:     Arlington, VA

Start Date:  ASAP

 

 

Specific Duties:

  Administer Civilian and DOD contracts under various contract vehicles Review, prepare, and submit RFPRFQ responses Set up and maintenance of contractproject in Accounting System (CostPoint) Full management of subcontractors; To include preparing funding documents, review and tracking of invoices, soliciting cost proposals & estimates to complete, and close outs. Provide guidance to Accounting on revenuecost recognition, billing, audit, collections, and tax inquiries Analysis of estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs. Ensure company compliance with all regulations Prepare cost estimate for submission to the Contracting Officer on existing contractsprojects

 

 

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years related work experience is required.

 

Additional Requirements:

  Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and Driving Records Checks for continued employment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (especially Excel) Working knowledge of the FAR Working knowledge of CostPoint
