Contracts Manager

L-3 Communications, Vertex CFS Division, has an immediate need for a Contracts Manager in its Oklahoma City office. Must ensure contractual compliance from the proposal stage through contract close out. Interfaces with government and commercial customers. Professional demeanor, strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Candidates should have a minimum of six  yrs DoD Contracts Administration experience.  A proficient knowledge of FAR, DFAR and CAS is essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high degree of analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to work with unstructured tasks.  A Bachelor’s Degree in a business field is required.
