Essential Qualifications: Must have US Citizenship High School degree required; college degree preferred Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with recruitment of multiple disciplines Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage recruitment activity for multiple locations Self-motivated with excellent communication skills Experience with Aerospace recruiting is a plus Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers in preparation of job descriptions Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting to include: actively source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Develop and build a strong candidate base through active recruitment from all arenas -- internal databases, job fairs, internet, referral, open houses, college relations, advertising, etc. Interact as needed with hiring managers to assist in forecasting future personnel requirements and put strategic recruitment plans in place in order to ensure customer satisfaction Develop and maintain applicant flow logs on all open positions Will interact directly with customer base Set forth and ensure company objectives are met and compliance with all company policies and applicable state and federal laws are followed Must be willing to travel as required Conform and support all NASA, JSC, & MEI safety requirements and procedures May require other duties as assigned Email resumes to: resumes@meitechinc.com URL: www.meitechinc.com
