Customer Service Representative

Immediate Need.  Duties include: render a variety of customer services to passengers and crew; hotel reservations, ground transportation arrangements, resolve customer requests/concerns; operate office equipment to include air to ground radio, computers/terminals; process orders, receive payments.

Qualifications:  must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Multi-task oriented and possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.  Computer experience.  Professional demeanor.  Must have experience in face-to-face customer contact.  Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 40lbs.

Education/Experience:  Must have high school diploma or GED.  Aviation experience preferred but not required.  Must have a current driver license.  Successful completion of Company programs and background checks.  Drug screen required.
