Customer Training Specialist 3 (DS) Position Description As an academic instructor/Professional Control Force (PCF) Controller with experience as a military Intelligence specialist, facilitates and provides, in an applied training environment, training in specific areas of 505th Command and Control Wing (505CCW) mission activities. Analyzes designs, develops, produces, implements, conducts, operates, and maintains customer training products and programs. Focus of applied training will normally be at the Air Operations Center (AOC) cell, team, and positional levels of processes and procedures and may also encompass AOC systems training. Trainer will have a working knowledge of exercise design and exercise control systems are expected to facilitate, support or control all the facets of applied training either provided by or supported by the 505 CCW. This support ranges from facilitating AOC system labs in a local academic environment to providing control force support for a major joint Command and Control (C2) exercises. Experience in AOC Combat Operations Division desired, actual combat operations experience a plus.
