CYBER PROJECT ENGINEER
SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION
LOCATION: ROME, NY 

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level engineer to help build new business in and support existing government funded research & development (R&D) projects.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing project work while building new cyber capabilities for the DoD and DHS markets.  The ideal candidate will have an interest in business development and current industry knowledge and contacts (preferably within the Air Force Research Labs and/or Cyber Command) to assist in developing business opportunities in cyber warfare information technology.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is required.  Applicants should have at least 6 years of recent, relevant experience, with 3 years of experience in the cyber domain.  The ability to architect cyber security solutions, troubleshoot and debug software applications and effectively communicate verbally and in writing is required, and candidates must have skills in planning, organizing resources and establishing priorities. 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Business Development experience is a big plus

· CISSP certification is a big plus

· Active Security Clearance is a big plus

· Experience with proposal writing and contracting
