Job Category: IT/Software Development Job Requisition Number: Q11034 Perform domain level Lotus Notes R6/R7 and Windows 2000/2003/XP access administration. Duties include but not limited to:creation of user accounts using automated tools or manual input of data, demonstrate intermediate skills to troubleshoot access and system errors, and familiarization of customer created automated tools to streamline processes. Provide access to Lotus Notes databases, shares and e-mail groups, and collaborate with security on approvals for user accesses. Support multiple database functions to provide accesses to multiple customer applications. Perform installation of software and hardware on specialized servers. Must Have the Following: United States Citizenship Hardware: PCs and compatibles. Software: Lotus Notes R6/R7, Windows 2000/XP administration. Educational: 11+ Years with HS or 7+ Years with AA or 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD. Functional: Ability to provide intermediate to advance technical Tier 2 or Tier 3 support. Must possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and work well in a team environment.
