Department Specialist/Administrative Assistant

An aeronautical manufacturer in Rancho Bernardo is looking for a Department Specialist to provide administrative support for one of their high security departments. This will entail achieving minimum security clearance.

Responsibilities will include answering phones; preparing correspondence and documents; ordering office supplies; processing mail; making travel arrangements; coordinating meetings and company functions; communicating with customers, clients, and vendors; working on special projects; and providing overall excellent administrative and clerical support.

Candidates must have five to six years of experience; advanced level MS Office skills; demonstrated job stability; and the ability to achieve minimum security clearance.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
