Development Engineer, Vibrations Analysis Expert

My client, a growing aerospace company, is seeking a Development Engineer to support research and system development, as well as sustaining efforts for complex electro-mechanical systems and avionics products.

Major job duties:
- Responsible for design, design analysis, motion simulation, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal analysis, and shock and vibration analysis.
- Responsible for solving engineering problems in mechanical design.
- Will plan, perform and coordinate tests, simulations and analyses (with a particular emphasis on vibration monitoring and analysis).

Job requirements:
- BSME is required, and MSME preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the design and analysis of complex electro-mechanical systems with strong skills in vibrations analyses.
- Prior experience with FEA (preferably using Cosmos).
- Material and Fabrication process expertise is a plus.
