Location: San Diego, CA 92121 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Pay Rate: 10.00 - 10.00 USD /year Reference Code: 2102708000 APPLY BY E-MAIL!(Include salary requirements) ENGINEERING: HARDWARE Digital Engineer Seeking a junior to mid level Engineer that can design electronics circuit using Orcad and VHDL with a potential of becoming Project Engineer. Under minimal supervision, the candidate will create specifications and customer documentation as well as perform analysis of analog and digital circuitry. Will troubleshoot mostly digital sub-assemblies and Top Assemblies. May support marketing in preparation of technical proposals with circuit descriptions, time and material estimates, or may be asked to participate in customer presentations.Required: BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, MS desired; 3-5 years experience. Requires knowledge of specialized digital design field and must be capable of detailed design, schematic capture, simulation, debug and documentation. Experience with circuit design, simulation and VHDL tools are required.  Knowledge and experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, volt/ohm meters, test power supplies, and network analyzers. Good communication and presentation skills required. System design and analysis capability desired. Familiarity with COMSEC design and CDRL format documents are added advantages.
