Director - Government Systems Business Development (3319)

Location El Cajon CAJob Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for domestic USA new business development of data link and related products for military service agencies, special forces, or intelligence organizations. The individual provides forecasts and develops bookings to support Enerdyne's three-year AOP; will develop overall relationships in key accounts, including meetings with leadership, product demonstrations, test exercises, and essential details leading to orders, or contract awards. The candidate coordinates team activities with marketing and engineering groups to meet client needs for briefs, demonstrations, evaluation equipment, technical support and proposals.Experience/Skills Required Prior military service in one of the major service agencies or special forces is required.  A strong background in business development and/or sales management with demonstrated successful account penetration into military service agencies, special forces or intelligence organizations is required. Knowledge and experience should encompass familiarity with military systems, and CONOPS, as well as experience in military technology product sales. A conversant familiarity with military communications and/or video & imagery systems and requirements is a must. Excellent communications skills are required, including writing as well as speaking with individuals and audiences.
