Director, Services Sales

As part of the Sales Management team, the Director, Services Sales is responsible for defining and implementing a sales strategy to meet CT&S sales objectives for the services segment including simulator maintenance services, training delivery, courseware design and regulatory compliance.

 

Perform market analysis and assess internal capability to define our services offering, market positioning and pricing strategy

Sets market targets and sales objectives and forecast for each segment

Establish a sales plan (targeted customer) to promote CT&S services

Prepares services proposals, ensuring proper costing of service offering

 

Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with company policy

Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base

Results towards services sales objectives in terms of:

Revenue from Services sales

Profit margin

Yield metrics

Increased share of business with existing clients

 

Qualifications:

Must be able to work in a culturally diverse group

Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible with the capacity to accept change.

BA/BS degree in Business, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years experience selling service solutions.  Aviation service sales experience is strongly preferred.

Solid negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to think on an analytical level.

Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; as this position requires work over the phone the ability to communicate effectively is key.

Strong listening skills.

Exceptional sales presentation, communication and organizational skills.

Experienced “Closer” with proven results

Computer and Internet literate
