Currently, Aviall, Inc. is looking for a Distribution Center Trainer for our facility located near DFW airport.
Reports to the Manager, Traffic & Operations Systems and is responsible for the training, documentation and follow up to verify effectiveness for all warehouse employees. Will development and implement training program for improvement of processes and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Associates Degree in Business or Related Field of Study with an emphasis on Employee/Organizational Development
EXPERIENCE:
2 years experience developing and implementing employee training programs
SKILLS:
Able to effectively communicate and convey concepts and processes. Strong leadership. Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability. In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Operations software / systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Field of Study with an emphasis on Employee/Organizational Development; Continuing Education Courses in Employee Training / Development
EXPERIENCE:
3 years distribution/warehouse operations experience; to include completing 6 months in 3 or more functional areas with Aviall s Central Distribution Center.
SKILLS:
MS Office, Lotus Notes, Catalyst, Lawson, UPS On-Line, Fed-Ex, USPS, Kiwell
CERTIFICATIONS:
Hazmat, DOT, IMDG, IATA
