Currently we are looking for a DoD Civilian Human Resource Analyst support professionals to join our team.

 

ROLE:

 

Analyze DoD Civilian Human Resource policies and procedures.

 

Define HR system functionality for business processes in performance management and performance appraisal processes, HR Life Cycle Processing, and Pay for Performance Management. 

 

SKILLS NEEDED:

 

Atleast five years experience in the DoD/Federal HR supporting HR processes such as employee records,  performance management and performance appraisal processes.

 

A U.S. Citizenship is required.
