Responsibilities:Maintain original customer documentation and control the dissemination and use of documents. Bill of Materials (BOM) Data Entry into our in house Data Base (Check Point & Paradox) Control Revision Changes by purging & archiving files as well as updating document files. Make Bill of Materials (BOM) changes on our in house Data Base system  (Check Point & Paradox) Assist in the control of electronic files. Transfer BOM data into the kit audit table. Release document packages to the assembly department Communicate with customers & sales to resolve any documnet discrepancies

Expectations:Data Entry Accuracy Team Oriented Process all work in a timely manner Assist with administrative duties as needed

Required Skills & Education:Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Additional Beneficial Work Experience:Turnkey Quoting experience Knowledge of Electronic Parts Vendors
