Raytheon’s Global Collaboration & Messaging Services Group within the Corporate Global Information Technology Division is looking for a Domino/Blackberry Administrator. This position is responsible for the administrator for two production Raytheon Enterprise Domino and Blackberry systems including staging and testing environments. Responsibilities include Blackberry Enterprise Server administration, user account move adds and changes, end user troubleshooting, and some interaction with suppliers. Candidate should be a self starter, be able to take on small projects, and interface with geographically disbursed customers. Primary roll will be providing technical support over the phone and user account management. This position is located in Billerica, Massachusetts. Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, and 2+ years applicable work experience - Experience with Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server OS. - Knowledge of Windows Server operating system, Windows Clustering, IIS. - Experience working with Domino and RIM Blackberry. - Experience providing end user support and the ability to create end user documentation when needed. - Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, Domino, Blackberry Manager, Blackberry Desktop Manager and Microsoft Office. Education: - Bachelor's degree in an information technology, business systems or equivalent work experience.
