Earned Value Management Analyst (EVMS)

Systems Division provides select Government, commercial, and international customers value-added, total worldwide systems solutions for their air and missile defense, air traffic control, communications, command and control, range, spacelift, surveillance, and force protection needs, as well as full logistics support services for facilities and equipment. Provides timely EVMS technical direction to Program Control and others in SENSOR on a major, long-term DOD contract, and to comply with contractual requirements to customer re supporting processes, computer systems and reports.Shared responsibility with EVMS Team lead for:' Responsibility, Maintenance and Oversight of the Earned Value Management System' Prepare and Deliver monthly Contract Performance Report Formats 1, 3 and 5' Track project Budgets, Actuals, Performance, MR and UB' Import Baselines and Rebaselines from MS Project into Microframe Program Manager (MPM)' Provide internal and customer training on the SENSOR Earned Value Management System' Provide guidance on Earned Value principles to Project Managers and other personnel in all aspects of their projects' Train, mentor and assist Product Line Budget Analysts' Coordinate documentation of changes to baselines via administering the CACR process / documentation' Perform other related analysis/forecasts in the area of earned value management' Assist and review in pricing new business efforts' Maintain systems necessary to provide, store and retrieve information necessary to the efficient operation of the program office. Investigate and recommend major changes to or replacements of systems as necessary for effective operations or compliance with customer requirements.' Attend and facilitate monthly Variance Analysis Reviews ' Attend monthly Program Management Reviews Minimum: BS & 5 yrs experience; Preferred: MS & 3 yrsComputer proficient in MS Office products' Experience in/with:- EVMS required in a DOD environment- MS Project to at least intermediate level required- MPM (Microframe Program Manager) required- Other computer systems: wInsight, JAMIS, and MSEnterprise (or comparable systems) preferred- Pricing preferred- General management preferred' Certified PMP by the Project Management Institute preferred RESPOND HERE!
