Electrical System Design Engineer

Responsibilities Include:

Detailed specification generation, ICD preparation, test report authorship, proposal support, trade study analysis, and technical team membership in the development of electronic products intended primarily for space applications.
- Candidate will be required to produce system level analysis documentation, prepare reports, conduct product tests, as well as support the product design teams.
- Responsible for day-to-day support to the assigned product team. This includes budget/schedule performance tracking, technical development of system requirements and interfacing with customer/program management.
- Coordinate development activity with other technical disciplines within engineering, manufacturing, quality and with outside suppliers.


- BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Masters Degree in related field preferred


Requires 8 to 10+ years experience in Electronics Systems design and applications.
- Must be familiar with and can operate Req Pro and other systems S/W tools.
- Must possess good writing and communication skills
- Must have an excellent knowledge of Analog/Digital electronics applications
- Must be familiar with controls theory, IEEE 1220, CMMI, ICD generation and Test Report authorship.
