Electrical Technician

Requires over 10 years concentrated technical experience or equivalent in combined education & experience, including at least 3 years in responsible positions involving analysis, design, development, or test. 

Provides techinical expertise and technical leadership in support of engineering design, development, test programs; provides project direction over a group of lower level technical & support personnel as required; performs as a specialist in a technical function such as analysis, design, development, or test; provides techincal leadership, guidance, & work direction for subordinate personnel, furnishing them with general instructions as to the scope & objectives of assignments; makes work assignments based on individual capabilities & fluctuations in work load & priorities; coordinates & performs liaison with customers, subcontractor representatives, & other company organizations on problems relating to planning, scheduling, estimating, & availability of resources.
