Electronic Assembly - SMT Soldering / Fine-Pitch


Shift: 1st / 2nd / 3rd Positions
Description:
Soldering of PCB, using Surface Mount soldering under microscopes. Size of Resistors - 02-04 -EXTREMELY SMALL COMPONENTS.

This position performs complex soldering / assembly or modification tasks on electronic printed circuit boards and mechanical components, sub assemblies, and systems. Assembles, disassembles, modifies, reworks and repairs various preproduction and production sub assemblies, assemblies and complete electrical and mechanical systems by interpreting schematic diagrams, technical drawing packages (i.e., ECO's, parts lists, etc.), blueprints, process sheets or other specifications and using correct tooling and machinery. Inspects results to ensure conformance with requirements using precision measuring equipment and performs rework as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will have the following:
• Any type of Solder certification - IPC 610, J-Standard, Military, NASA, etc
• Experience microscopes
• Ability to read prints and schematics
• Requires a minimum 3-5 years of electronic assembly experience.
