Engineer III - 787 Autoflight Systems Engineer

The candidate will participate in all phases of system definition and development, interface definition, and test plans and test procedures on the 787 Flight Controls autoflight program.  Prior autoflight experience is desired.  Familiarity with the following tools and processes is also desired ACM/CM21 Configuration Management and System Change Request Process Matlab/Simulink and autocoding processes eReviews with Adobe Acrobat SuperScript Language and VCTE bench software System testing will be performed on Honeywell test facilities. Communication and teaming skills are very important as extensive interface with other HI application groups and the customer will be required. Also required are strong initiative, good interpersonal skills and an education that includes applicable education/experience.  Basic Qualifications: Candidate should be a an experienced engineer with 5 or more years of experience in avaionics development and verifications.Also required are strong initiative, good interpersonal skills and an education that includes applicable education/experience.
