The successful candidate should be organized and flexible, and be able to work multiple tasks while maintaining priorities. Example tasks include creating test cases and procedures, building and documenting test environments, and interfacing with requirements developers, software developers, offshore engineers, quality assurance and management, in a proactive way. Job duties include:  Develop DO-178B requirements-based tests to run on TIU and other test stations Build/modify and document test stations Run requirements-based functional tests in lab environment.  Run tests for Structural Coverage Troubleshoot test anomalies.  Develop trace matrix using Telelogic DOORS and Microsoft Excel Use configuration management tools to maintain tests and documents Review tests  Report statusExperience should include two (2) years experience programming in BASIC and/or C/C++, competency with hardware/software integration in a lab environment, ability to work on a multi-site team and the candidate should be self-motivated with a strong customer focus. Qualifications Basic: Legally authorized to work in the United States Bachelor's degree - BSCS, BSCE, BSEE.  Two (2) years of software development or verification using BASIC and/or C/C++.  Willing to travel occasionally.   Preferred:  Knowledge of Verification Strategies.  Coding experience - C/C++, BASIC, VBScript, Perl/Python. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access, VBA, Macros.  Knowledge of communications protocols (ARINC 429), DO-178B.  Requirements-based, Structural Coverage, Tool Qualification, Requirements Management.Experience with PVCS or other CM tool.  Experience with Telelogic DOORS.  Ability to create, modify and document processes.  Six Sigma Green Belt and familiarity with Six Sigma tools.  Experience interfacing with international teams.  Teaming-  Ability to work across multiple remote sites.  Knowledge of electronic collaboration techniques.  Flexible and open style with ability to adapt to changing systems, processes and projects and be a change agent.  Willing to travel as required to work with teammates and customers.  Converts conflicts into opportunities for improvement; strives for win-win resolutions  Personal/Inter-Personal:  Good communication skills and strong customer focus.  Adheres to Honeywell Code of Conduct and Honeywell 12 Behaviors
