Provide engineering analysis and software troubleshooting support to customer for mission management system. Responsibilities will include providing general technical support to custom operational software and system engineering support of software changes and enhancements. Responsibilities may also include contributing to the maintenance of an ORACLE database. Responsible for performing troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex engineering application software. Will work to develop innovative techniques in a dynamic environment. Responsible for frequent and direct interaction with customers. Required Skills: Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical, Physics/Applied Math or related engineering subject. At least six months experience or equivalent coursework in Perl, CGI, HTML, and C-Shell scripting languages for automating processes, generating reports, and general application support. At least six months experience/coursework working with a UNIX operating system. At least six months experience/coursework in the knowledge of ORACLE database concepts and/or SQL. Analysis skills as evidenced by course work or job experience. Demonstrated experience working in a team through academic projects or work experience. Strong communication skills and team orientation. Ability to communicate effectively with local and remote personnel at all levels. Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills. Experience and willingness to work successfully in a dynamic, time critical, high stress environment that demands foresight and strong technical skills. US CITIZENSHIP with the ability to obtain an SSBI Security Clearance. Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Electircal, Physics/App Math or related engineering subject.
