Core Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate processing so components are repaired to latest technical data and methods with high levels of efficiency and productivity by supporting all production activities on the manufacturing floor. Increase processing efficiencies through continuous productivity improvements. Ensure all production processes meet all technical requirements necessary for certification. Research, write and document shop travelers, process operation sheets and inspection sheets. Support Sales Department and management by writing and timely issuing required reports and assessments.

 

 

Education, Experience and Behavioral Competency Requirements:  B.S. Degree in a related engineering discipline. Four to six years experience in O/R Engineering environment. Ability to conduct technical discussions with Airline Propulsion, Engine Overhaul and OEMs. Must have experience with CAD, Spreadsheets and Data Processing software. Ability to research information in Prime Engine Manufacturers and Airline shop manuals. Customer contact may be required. Requires proficiency with CAD Convey information verbally and in writing in a clear, concise manner to all levels of personnel and customers. Ability to handle documents, manuals and written information normally used by engineers.
