Overview
Engineering and Sciences classifications that do not meet the criteria for the other subfamilies. This subfamily includes classifications which are universal in nature and cannot be categorized by discipline.


This benchmark is intended to be used by companies that have generic classifications engaged in research and/or product development encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: electronics, electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical.

Responsibilities
Will report to department manager.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and ten years of related experience.
