EXECUTIVE SALES ASSISTANT

 

  JSSI is a globally recognized firm with a substantial portfolio of turbine engines and airframes.  We are a product driven company whose primary mission is to provide the finest hourly cost maintenance programs and associated services to the aviation industry. 

 

The Executive Sales Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support and assist with the International Sales activities.  The incumbent will work closely with the President to obtain necessary information to generate contracts for new clients.  Position coordinates with Legal Counsel, Tech and Accounting departments to prepare contract and ensure enrollment process is complete.  Under the President’s direction will follow-up with existing clients to prepare contract amendments/consent forms, prepare renewal contracts, and coordinate rate changes.  Coordinates meetings and appointments which include managing President’s calendar, scheduling meeting rooms, and making lunch arrangements for the weekly executive team meeting.  Prepares reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.  Processes expense reports and makes travel arrangements and accommodations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  B.A. or B.S. degree is required.  Qualified candidate must also have five (5) to seven (7) years executive administrative experience or five years experience as a Sales Assistant, preferably in the aviation of financial services industry.  Must have above average customer service skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Good computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are essential.  Must be willing to travel internationally.  Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
