This is not a "sales" position. Qualified candidates must speak and think process, engineering, and technology while supporting sales people.

Job Description:Support customer's technical vision by implementing partminer's tools according to customer workflow and requirements.Evaluate customer workflows and technical data to be loaded into and managed with PartMiner applicationsTroubleshoot/support customer implementations and integrations.Work with sales to provide pre and post sales technical support with customer data and processes.Will project manage and support consultation before and after the sale to ensure successful implementation of enterprise software wth customers.

Requirements:Working knowledge of Proxies and firewalls, internal networks, and VPNs.Understands the processes and concepts of EDA, PDM, and ERP.Thorough knowledge of administrative functions for Microsoft Windows applications.Knowledge of Microsoft IIS and administration.Visual Basic or similar scripting language knowledge preferred.Project management and people skills to work with customers during installations.Willing to travel up to two weeks per month.Be based in and work out of the Centennial, CO office.Technical degree or equivalent work experience.Experience and understanding of electronics, high-tech, and aerospace industries a plus.
