Field Services Site Lead - 1475

Job Category: IT/Software Development Job Requisition Number: Q11107 Responsible for managing the delivery of on-site IT services for internal customer. Direct reports will be onsite Field Support technicians. Site Operations include daily, face-to-face interaction with the user population to resolve incidents that cannot be resolved at the central Service Desk. Site Operations also include the administration, operations and maintenance of IT assets deployed at customer sites, e.g. servers, printers, LAN switches, etc. Site Operations personnel are also a critical component of technology refreshment initiatives, system upgrades and migrations and other projects focused on improving customer satisfaction. Site Operations is supported by centralized shared services including the Service Desk, Network Operations and Security Centers, Data Centers, Engineering and End User Computing subject matter experts equipped with remote platform management tools. Apart from managing daily incident response, has the following proactive responsibilities:Providing the operational processes with a tactical planning horizon.Aiming for a higher IT maturity level.Improving alignment with, and support for, business objectives.Reducing costs or improving business profits.Implementing an account level financial planning and control system.Increasing quality awareness amongst staff.Making the customer feedback loop work. Must Have the Following: US Citizen. AA with 7+ years relevant experience. Demonstrated customer relationship management skills. Ability to direct a portfolio of IT projects. Ability to recruit, motivate, retain and manage IT professionals.Prefer to Have the Following: ITIL certifications. PMP certification. Relevant college degree.
