Finance Manager

We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to manage a team of professionals for the preparation of annual and monthly financial statements and consolidation packages for each CAT center located in North and South America.  The description of principle duties and accountabilities include:

 Review monthly financial reports and explain the variances and unusual transactions for every location.Support the Divisional Vice President and his Managers by providing various analyses and help in their management decision processes.Supervise budget and forecast preparation and review the results for reasonableness and respect of the instructed financial frame requirements.Involvement in the implementation or review of management and audit policies and procedures.Manage personnel and processes in an international context.Perform analyses as required by the Controller or the Vice President Finance.Be involved in process improvement projects of the ICT&S division.Be proactive in the identification of cost reduction opportunities or process improvements.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in business administration or accounting.Holder of a professional accounting designation: CPA preferred.Up to date knowledge of Canadian accounting standards.Minimum related experience of seven to ten years.Ability to work as part of a team dynamically and efficiently.Ability to manage personnel within the dynamic context of a fast growing multinational company.Be client service oriented.Ability to work under minimal supervision while respecting deadlines.Proactive management approach.Available for occasional business travel if necessary.Fluent written and spoken English, preference will be given to candidates with French as a second languageExperience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion an asset.
