Financial Analyst

Description:You will be responsible for Hyperion input and submissions, corporate reporting, forecast and tracking of cash flows. In addition you will:- Assist with preparation and input of strategic plans and budgets.- Track variances to actual results.- Support monthly accounting close.- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial results package and provide analysis of results.- Analyze Balance Sheet accounts, P&L activity, cash flow statement, contract reserves, and unallowables.Provide complete financial support and analysis for complex classified Government contracts. Program types include CPAF, CPFF, FFP-LOE, and T&M. Location is in Fairfax, VA. Job responsibilities include:- Forecasting and budgeting - Preparing detailed program estimates at complete (EAC) in support of Earnings Rate Reviews- Comprehensive variance analyses-P&L, EBIT%, Orders, A/R, Unbilled receivables (including unbilled categories)- Analysis of Backlog/Program Investment- Support Program Management in all area of program cost control (labor corrections, accounts payable and billing issues, etc)- Prepare/provide Contract Deliverables- Identify program financial risks- Support monthly accounting/finance close- Interface extensively with PMs, Contracts, Billing, Sub Contracts, etcNot ApplicableQualifications:A Bachelors degree in a related discipline and six years experience.
