Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Job Requisition Number: Q10764 Candidate will develop detailed financial plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and administration of major mission and operational programs. Development is based on balancing among mission areas and feasibility as it relates to known or anticipated resource availability, known or anticipated Defense decisions, compatibility with service specific strategy, policies, concepts, objectives, and Congressional decisions, to provide broadest range of alternatives to service leadership. Conducts cost comparison/benefits analyses of current or projected programs. Creates/issues guidance for the preparation of the command service Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and General Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP) Intelligence Program Objective Memorandum (IPOM) in conjunction with the Biennial Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System, and the Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP). Prepares and defends command resource requirements in formal briefings before the corporate bodies of the service specific headquarters element. Implements policy/issues guidance for ranking process for all resource requirements to be included in the service POM/GDIP IPOM. Must Have the Following: US Citizen. Standard Windows-based PC. Microsoft Office Suite. 18+ Years with HS or 14+ Years with AA or 12+ Years with BS or 10+ Years with MS or 7+ Years with PhD.
